Are you factory
authorized?
Our business focus is on
maintenance of legacy equipment and older products. We
in some cases have a better understanding of older equipment than the
factory. We do NOT have access to factory new parts. We are
an independent 3rd party repair facility and do not provide factory
warranty service and we are not recognized by any manufacturers as an
"authorized" center.
Are your rates
competitive?
We will only service
equipment at rates that make sense for both companies, sometimes we
are more expensive than other companies, however we believe that we
offer the best over all value and product knowledge for certain
models.
Do I have to sign a
contract?
No, we offer simple
per-failure repair service on most equipment, subject to specific
models and availability.
